A very nice condition two-piece buckle, brass base with the nickel circlet with the Saxon motto, with its original leather tab fitted without markings. Nicely maker stamped ‘Aurich of Dresden 1914’ on the reverse of the buckle.  read more

A very nice condition service used, all brass with nickel overlay plate for the Saxon 78th Regiment, marked ’78.A.1.B.1.’ maker marked within the hollow on the reverse side of the brass body, complete with both of its fixing prongs.  read more

A very nice large size all felt bodied pickelhaube. The felt helmets are very susceptible to damage and this has got an excellent skull, there is one slight tear at the join of the rear peak to the main body otherwise excellent overall. GERMAN WWI NAVAL CAP RIBBON.

S.M.S Stuttgart silver wire for reservist sailors, full length, very good condition. The S.M.S. Stuttgart was built in Danzig in 1905, at the outbreak of war she took part in the bombardment of Scarborough and Whitby in England and subsequently in the battle of Jutland in 1916 where she engaged the HMS Dublin, she was broken up at the end of that war.  read more

GERMAN WWI HESSIAN ALL STEEL BUCKLE ON ITS ORIGINAL BELT.

A rare combination, a 100cm long combat weight leather belt, the belt buckle all steel with faint traces of its field grey green paint on the reverse side, the majority of the paint missing from the face side, with its original leather tab, which is ‘Offenbach’ manufactured and dated ‘1918’, Offenbach is in the State of Hesse.  read more
