GERMAN WWII SA SUD MARK VISORED FIELD CAP.

A very nice condition visored field cap constructed in the SA olive brown colour. Pink sides and pink patch below its edelweiss flower for the area of Sud mark. The eagle has toned. A fabulously rare cap from the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Standard high saddle shape, the form of the cap from the side view is very similar to the construction and shape of the diplomatic officials caps. A scarce cap from WWII being a very large size, possibly 62, white top cap from the Luftwaffe Sea Rescue Service. The white top has toned and is fixed directly to the main body of the hat.
