JAPANESE WWII NAVAL OFFICERS CAP.

At the end of WWII the Japanese armed forces were allowed to continue wearing their uniforms but with all insignia removed, this is an example of an end of war cap. The naval insignia has been removed, also one of the two black rank braids around the base of the cap have been removed indicating he may have been demoted. Faded label to the interior.  read more

Very nice condition, excellent blade. Arsenal markings. Undamaged wood grips. Straight cross guard. Good finish to all metal parts, slight corrosion to the top upper pommel. The rifle retaining system is present and working correctly. Undented scabbard with all blueing remaining.  read more

Nice condition cap with six machine woven air vents, three on each side. Late war material, green leather strap, Japanese army yellow star to the front with ersatz type side buttons. Complete with leather liner, canvas woven interior. A block stamped for kanji lettering but no lettering to the block. No moth damage.  read more

A very nice example of the Japanese tank crew helmet, brown linen covered with Japanese Army Star in leather to the front. Complete with its very complicated inner lining, many kanji markings to the inner lining canvas, with its chinstrap and accompanied with the ultra rare tankers goggles with a set of spare lenses.
