Magnificent blade with all cross grain finish remaining. Some slight scratching. Marked ‘RZM7/13’ with its original leather washer. Both grips undamaged with an excellent condition red, white enamel Hitler Youth insignia. A magnificent example having a mint bright blade with the maker mark ‘L & W H’ with its leather washer. All of the plating to the S guard cross guard and upper pommel absolutely mint bright. GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE 2ND PATTERN OFFICERS DAGGER.

The blade is heavily stained with the makers mark of ‘F W Holler, Solingen’ visible. The white celluloid grip undamaged with all its grip wire. The finish is dull to the upper pommel, cross guard and scabbard, the scabbard itself is undented.
