A very nice field grey green all leather binocular case for the 6 x 30 field binoculars, complete with its matching green shoulder strap. One minor hole to the main body just to the right of the sprung loaded closing clip, which could possibly be a small piece of shrapnel. GERMAN PRE WWI REICH MARINE COLT PISTOL HOLSTER.

In and around the Civil War period the USA exported to Germany a small quantity of Colt navy percussion revolvers, Germany constructed its own holsters, this is one of the very rare examples. A very rare holster, the main body identical to a Luger PO8 holster but with added rear suspension system, both stitched and riveted to the main holster with a forward facing belt loop system for the mounted troops of the Reich Gendarmerie. GERMAN WWI GEWEHR 98 POUCHES.

A very nice mid tan mismatched pair of Gewehr 98 pouches, the standard ammunition pouches carried by the German soldier in WWI. All construction details are identical to both pouches, good white stitching, all pebbled leather, on the reverse side the rivet pattern is exactly the same and both have galvanised D rings, one is ‘Stuttgart 1917’ maker marked, the other is ‘1915’ maker marked and dated.  read more
