WWI GERMAN PRUSSIAN RED EAGLE ORDER CROSS 4TH CLASS.

The silver version of the Prussian Red Eagle Order Cross, very fine quality example by a leading German maker with red enamel eagle on white and green enamel background. Maker marked ‘W’ which denotes Wilm of Berlin stamped on the lower arm of the cross with original ribbon. Excellent condition.  read more

GERMAN WWI PRUSSIAN/HANOVER 10TH & 46 ARTILLERY REGIMENT PICKELHAUBE PLATE.

Worn by the 10th and 46 Artillery Regiment 4th and 6th Battalions only. Prussian style eagle with extra Battle Honours of Peninsula, Waterloo and Gohrde, unique to only these two Regiments. One year volunteer or NCO quality, two wire loops on the reverse side. Excellent condition, retaining approximately 99% of original factory finish.  read more

GERMAN WWI ANHALT ENLISTED MANS HELMET PLATE.

Any items to the State of Anhalt are considered rare. The plate is the standard Prussian style having the lettering ‘Furst’ to the breast of the eagle, overlaid with the Anhalt coat of arms with the reserve cross below, also with lettering ‘Fur Furst Und Vaterland’. Two loops of the reverse side. An old repair close to the orb at the bottom left hand side of the plate on the reverse side.  read more

GERMAN WWI SAXON WEIMAR INFANTRY REGIMENT 94 ENLISTED RANKS HELMET PLATE.

Nice condition plate for an enlisted rank, originally stamped for the addition of the reserve cross to the centre of the breast but has been utilised with the overlay plate of Saxon Weimar for Regiment 94. Below the overlay plate is the reserve cross with the lettering ‘Fur Furst und Vaterland’. Two wire loops on the reverse side. Nice shape and a good firm solid plate.  read more

An unusual variant in the many trench knives available having an excellent bladed blade by E & F Horster of Solingen. Slight lifting to the plating but generally nice bright blade.
