BRITISH WWI DATED NAVAL WEBLEY HOLSTER.

A beautiful quality holster for the Webley mark 6 with the riveted construction of the navy pattern 1902 equipment. The holster produced in one piece of leather and joined together on the side seam with 12 rivets. Complete with both of its belt loops, also riveted to the main body. Clear marking ‘Hobson & Sons 1916 London’. Closing strap complete. Excellent form to the leather.  read more

A standard Brown the holster for the Webley Mark 6 service revolver having the standard belt loop fitted to the rear and the added riveted fitting for the 1914 equipment, to the very tip of the 1914 grained leather strap, stampings which appear to include a very faint date in 1915.  read more

A typical example of the mid weight brown cotton canvas bag, which has some nice issued/makers stamps and clearly marked ‘1918’. Original user’s name ‘Sergeant Obee’ hand applied to the exterior. Remains of what appears to be a paper label on the base.  read more

A rare naval cap tally worn by the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve London Division circa 1914. Full length gold wire lettering on black silk ribbon. The RNVR was mobilised at the beginning of WWI and those not required for sea service were converted into infantry soldiers as part of the Royal Naval Division to help relieve pressure on regular infantry.
