A very large size heavyweight material officers tunic for a Captain in the 1st Lifeguards. All regimental buttons complete. Three Guards rank pips to each epaulette. Some minor loose stitching and very minor moth damage to the interior lining, some slight moth to the upper left hands sleeve close to the epaulette.  read more

FRENCH WWI OFFICERS ZOUVE ADRIAN HELMET.

A rare French Adrian of WWI being the standard Adrian helmet, finished in a deep brown having the crescent with the number ‘1’ applied to the front of the helmet, with its officers leather chinstrap. The interior lining is complete.  read more

FRENCH 1940 RE-ISSUE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT HELMET.

A WWI French Adrian helmet with the 1940 pattern Administration Services badge attached. Any helmets whether they be with the larger First War Administration badge or the re-issue 1940 badge are considered scarce in the Adrian series of helmets Good paint finish overall with original black chinstrap and a complete and undamaged liner all in good colour.  read more

FRENCH CHASSEUR HELMET WITH VETERANS PLATE.

A very large horizon blue Adrian helmet having the Chasseur badge to the face with an unusual officer type leather chinstrap and having the veterans plate in brass attached to the front, which reads ‘Soldat De La Grande Guerre 1914-18’ Liner all complete. BELGIUM WWI COMBAT HELMET.

All of the Belgium helmets at the beginning of the war were supplied by France, painted in horizon blue, the Belgiums then repainted the exteriors only to their own colour, this is an example of one of those early helmets, fitted with the Belgium Lion badge, excellent finish to the paint. Complete liner to the interior and its chinstrap. The helmet is of large proportions.  read more

FRENCH WWI TANKERS HELMET KNOWN AS THE CHAR DU COMBAT.

Horizon blue brushed finish with its artillery plate to the front. Some slight chipping to the paintwork but generally good, with its original chinstrap and its complete interior liner. Faint traces of an owner’s name painted in indelible red pen to the rear peak of the helmet.  read more

RUSSIAN WWI ADRIAN HELMET, SHELL ONLY.

The shell only of the rare Russian Adrian helmet of WWI. Good Russian paint finish remaining with some thin areas. The only part of the liner present is the wool liner band, the chinstrap is complete but only attached to one side.
