The outer skin only of the RFC Cowl helmet. The complete inner soft leather lining has been removed. Complete with its front string and chinstrap fitting in place. All studs for the earpieces complete. Stitching slightly loose on the forehead area and some roughness along the back seam but generally good and strong and excellent for display. read more

A service worn set of British WWI enlisted mans breeches normally used by both mounted artillery and cavalry troops. All of the tin buttons for the fly present, some buttons from the brace attachments have been replaced. One repaired moth hole in the crotch area otherwise generally good with two small repairs to a lower left knee as the breeches are viewed. Nap of cloth thin. read more

A very rare piece of First War British equipment being the Allenbury patent gas face mask that which has a Mica eye slit. Normally Mica of this age would have broken and discoloured, there are slight creases in it but no breaks and it is still clear. BRITISH WWI PAIR OF BRITISH RFC OFFICERS PORTRAITS.
A very nice pair of portraits of the same officer, each held in nicely tooled Morocco leather cases. The first portrait shows the officer in typical maternity jacket having embroidered pips to each epaulette and wearing the Sam Browne belt. BRITISWH WWI 1916 DATED NAVY WEBLEY HOLSTER.
A very nice condition hard but supple leather brown holster for the Webley Mark 6 revolver, marked ‘HGR 1916’ on one of the belt loops. The holster is constructed in the naval rivetted fashion with two separate numbers stamped inside the flap of ‘664’, which has been partially erased and ‘735’ indicating that this may have been an issue holster. read more
