A very nice condition 2nd pattern Brodie combat helmet from WWI. Rough sand finish, all paint remaining. To the interior the oilskin liner excellent, stamped size ‘7’ to the internal strap. The large rectangular red ink stamping of ‘Brodie Steel Helmet, War Officer Pattern’ to the inside of the oilskin. Minor moth damage to the upper inner crown felt pad.
