A nice 2nd pattern Brodie helmet having all good sand rough finish, fitted with the badge of the Devonshire Regiment. To the interior the helmet is fitted with a liner commonly known as the Smith type liner, quite often seen in Guard Regiment officers helmet. A very nice example of an extremely large size Adrian infantry helmet. Dark horizon blue finish with some slight rust bleed through the shell with its infantry RF adorned flaming grenade badge, original chinstrap in place, liner all complete, tongues good and strong with its original drawstring and aluminium spacers.
