GERMAN WWII POLICE 18 YEAR LONG SERVICE MEDAL IN GILT ON CARD.

An interesting artefact being the highly gilded Police 18 year Long Service Medal on the remaining piece of a Steinhauer & Luck display board with the medal description written in English, these boards were original WWII medals put together for souvenir hunting allied troops at the end of the war. A ‘HKP 66’ marked shell retaining all of its original paint finish with just minor abrasions, the army decal has slight losses as can be seen on our web images. GERMAN WWII ARMY M.35 COMBAT HELMET.

An unusual camouflage to this helmet in a deep maroon with slight losses to the crown area, all hand applied. The original paint is present to the interior dome, which would indicate Luftwaffe blue grey. All size stampings are obliterated by the hand applied paint.
