Faintly marked ‘DPx8’ plus ‘Carl Zeiss Jena’. Excellent optics with original black carrying strap. All the leather covering to the frame present, slightly discoloured. All fitted into its original fitted high quality leather case, stitching excellent, with a compass set into the lid, the carrying case is with its original carrying strap and belt loop, the compass appears to be malfunctioned.  read more

GERMAN WWI OFFICERS EARLY WAR PRIVATE PURCHASE BINOCULARS.

Marked ‘C.P.Goerz Berlin’ to the left hand side of the frame, to the right hand side ‘Trieder Binocle’. Excellent optics with original black leather carrying strap, this rare pattern was one of the very first types of binoculars for military use being introduced by armies across Europe. Very good quality brown hard leather case, topped with carrying straps, which is slightly worn.  read more

An absolutely mint example of the removable eagle for the naval white summer tunic. All gilt superb with the manufacturer’s letter of ‘M’ within a lozenge on the reverse side. Correct pin, hook and hinge and uniform retaining pin set just behind the swastika.  read more
