GERMAN WWII GAS CAPE BAG.

Green gas cape bag marked ‘PWB’ with number ‘3’ then the word ‘RATE’ all stamped inside the closing cover. The male/female closure studs have both rusted with one of the female sections of the lid missing, the male section is just about holding on to the main body. Loops on the reverse side for fitting to the gas mask strapping.  read more

GERMAN WWII MUNICIPAL POLICE ENLISTED RANK OR NCO WHITE TOP VISOR CAP.

Another exceedingly rare Police cap, non size stamped but on test possibly 55 or 56. The unusual feature about this cap is that the white top is fixed , any caps from the Third Reich with fixed white tops instead of the removable versions has to be considered very rare. A full length uncut cuff band of the Reichskriegerbund. At present it is mounted on a collectors display board, the band can be removed however attractively display as is. The area of Nordvest in Bevo weave with the same weave to the crossed swords either side of the central logo.  read more

GERMAN WWII M.42 ARMY SINGLE DECAL COMBAT HELMET.

A large size M.42 shell, the stamped markings in the rear skirt are too difficult to decipher but on test the liner size would appear to be approximately 58 or 59. Army single decal good and clear with just minor abrasions. The paint finish of the remainder of the skull excellent with standard scuffs and markings. GERMAN WWII POLITICAL OFFICERS BELT AND CROSS STRAP.

A nice example of the narrow style officer waist belt with double pronged belt buckle, the buckle has the political style of pebbles and is in gilded brass. The leather belt is marked ‘Lunschloss Solingen, with its runner and complete with its cross strap with reciprocating belt loop, which moves along the length of the belt.  read more
