GERMAN WWII CAVALRY M.36 NCO SHOULDER BOARD.

A complete slip-on shoulder board for a cavalry nco, 7th Cavalry Regiment. Cavalry yellow silk piped, dark green centre. Slip-on tab complete. The regimental number ‘7’ to the centre broken in half. The lace at the bottom appears to be officer candidate lace although it is in the same colour. Some slight shredding to the right hand side of the cavalry waffenfarbe and slight moth at the base.  read more

The collar patch of the 20th Division formed 4th August 1944, made up of members of the Kaminski Brigade. A Dachau produced piece, very fine grey weave.  read more

A very nice matched pair of the shirt shoulder boards, Luftwaffe blue based, red silk piping for flak artillery, two rank pips and a complete run of Luftwaffe lace around each shoulder board, slip-on. These have been considerably used and there is various staining.  read more

A nice award document grouping of six award certificates, an SA Sports Badge book and a very good studio portrait of Oberwachtmeister Kurt Bahr wearing all of his decorations. He fought in Luftwaffe Heavy Flak units in the northern sector of the Eastern Front and was most particularly closely involved with the fighting in and around the Demjansk pocket.
