A very nice condition visored field cap constructed in the SA olive brown colour. Pink sides and pink patch below its edelweiss flower for the area of Sud mark. The eagle has toned. A lovely condition citation, standard print, folded once, non punch holed for the Kuban Shield awarded to Unteroffizier Johann Eder, to the 6th Company Jager Regiment 228, dated 15th April 1944 with facsimile signature of General Field Marshall Von Kleist. The 228th Jager Regiment was part of the 101st Jager Division and engaged in heavy fighting to secure the Kuban bridgehead in 1943.  read more
