A rare piece of headdress being the 1838 Bavarian Generals bicorn headdress, constructed in a basic felt material, with its inner sweatband and brushed cotton lining, which is slightly shredded. GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE OFFICERS OVERSEAS CAP.

A possibly size 57 or 58 Luftwaffe officers overseas cap, standard Luftwaffe blue grey material. Silver piping to the full surrounding sides of the cap with its wire woven Luftwaffe eagle and swastika and wire woven cockade. To the interior the lining has shredded considerably as can be seen by our web images. It is difficult to find Luftwaffe officers overseas caps with wire insignia.  read more

The Luftwaffe tropical overseas caps were constructed in three different weights of the tropical material, thin, medium weight, and heavyweight. A very nice example of the M.1871-84 bayonet hilt with a presentation blade by WKC for South West Africa.
