A nice early K98 bayonet, an excellent blade numbered ‘6154’ dated ‘38’ on the flat back of the blade, the opposite side having the maker ‘J.SCH’ with virtually all of its original blued finish remaining. A fine example of the ultra rare Welsh knife. Designed in 1916 by the sculptor Felix Joubert and patented by himself as a new or improved Welsh knife. It was based on the ancient Welsh weapon. FINLAND WWII CIVIL DEFENCE HELMET.

A good clean example of a French First World War Adrian pattern helmet reissued to the Finnish Home Guard. Ordinance refinished in a black with a white triangle to the front side, with its excellent condition three padded Finnish made leather liner, chinstrap complete, number 13 hand painted into the rear inner skirt. This is probably a refinished captured Russian helmet of World War I.  read more
