The award retains much of its original silver finish. An unidentified makers stamp or a mis-stamped marking to the wide tapering pin, with its original hook and hinge. Fitted into its presentation case that has the slightly faded image of the

A good well service used visored tropical field cap for a Kriegsmarine enlisted man with light blue waffenfarbe. The cap has seen much service wear, slightly bleached. Complete with its correct gold on tan Bevo woven eagle, and correct Bevo cockade below. Surrounding the lower cockade is the inverted V waffenfarbe in light blue.
