Excellent quality optics, the body of the sight retains virtually all of its crackle finish field grey green paint. The leather eyepieces are intact but slightly loose within its aperture. BRITISH WWII HOME FRONT BRODIE HELMET.

Standard Brodie helmet, two indentations to the crown, painted black with the letter ‘A’ stencilled to the front. The inner liner is size stamped and dated ‘1939’. Original owner’s name hand painted in green paint to the inner shell, also some scratched initials. The shell is dated ‘1939’ with makers stamp ‘JSS’ with its elasticated chinstrap.  read more
