A matched stitch-on pair of Luftwaffe Hauptmann shoulder boards. Yellow underlay to the silver lace with a further light blue bordering on grey underlay indicating an officer of the reserve. At one stage this officer was a Hauptmann having two holes on the reverse side for double pips and the two pips have been removed and a single Oberleutnant pip has been fitted.
