A very nice and good service worn 1st pattern tunic with all continental insignia of a cavalry Oberleutnant. Stitch-on shoulder boards, yellow based. Wire woven stitch-on collar patches with an army nco machine applied breast eagle. All removable buttons intact. Loops to the upper right pocket for two awards. A nice condition RLB 1st pattern armband, some staining, basic blue armband cloth with very delicately embroidered RLB 1st pattern insignia to the centre. Two row of oxidised tress to the edges. The Bevo weave name to the rear of the armband.  read more

GERMAN WWII SS TROPICAL SHORTS.

A rare piece of uniform being the SS tropical uniform trousers that have been cut down and worn as shorts. Many images can be seen of both army and SS men in the areas where shorts would have been worn, such as southern Italy and the Balkans, also the Greek islands. These have seen considerable wear but would make an excellent display for a mannequin, the seat area has been reinforced.  read more
