A slightly higher pair of boots than normal enlisted mans jack boots with both toe cleats in place, some of the nails to the sole on the exterior of each sole, the soles have nails in the form of a horseshoe instead of individual cleats. The flash light has no batteries it is hand powered using the press lever which drives a miniature generator to produced electric current to the bulb. After the invasion of Holland the German authorities found that the Dutch Company Phillips had capacity to manufacture these items. read more

Undamaged Bakelite grips. Some sharpening to the blade, which is numbered ‘1634’. Maker coded ‘GLC 44’. Waffen amt stamped to the pommel top. Fitted into its blued scabbard, which does have some minor corrosion, with an original frog.
