A rare single all gilded uniform tunic button from the Zepplin Reederei Company, this was the Company that operated Zeppelins commercially in the 1930s. Beautiful art deco stylised insignia with an eagle above a globe with the Zeppelin flying through the globe with swastika at base. marked Assmann with various numbers on the reverse side. IMPERIAL GERMAN STICK GRENADE.

A very nice condition model 16 stick grenade, excellent head retaining virtually all of its field grey painted finish with faint traces of the stencilling, complete with its belt hook. Wood haft good, maker marked 'Carl Spaeter' with marked 5' SEC'.
