A nice mismatched set of pebbled brown pouches for the GEW98 ammunition, both pouches have brass D rings, identical in colour and construction with brass rivets on the reverse side. A very nice and extremely large size all fibre bodied pickelhaube indicating that it was constructed during WWI when leather became short. The front plate is of a reserve infantry officer with the large nickel Reserve Officers Cross to the centre of the very finely and deep crafted Bavarian front plate.
