GERMAN WWII SS MESS TIN.

Recently a small quantity of totally unissued and some wrapped in their original Armed Forces mess tins, 'SS' marked. All the tins are marked 'SS' within a double circle, '39/38' 'RZM' within a double circle. This particular example has one tiny chip to the paint on the lid and two at the very base and slight paint losses on the reverse side, as can be seen from our web images.  read more

GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE GROUND COMBAT BADGE.

A clean example of the non maker marked one-piece cast Luftwaffe Ground Combat badge. All of the blue remaining to the clouds, the lightning bolt and the base of the arrow of the lightning bolt. A good non maker marked Paratrooper badge, on research this is more than likely a C.E.Juncker Type 1 badge, an identical example is shown on page 160 and 161 of the excellent work The German Luftwaffe and Army Paratrooper Badges by Thomas M.Durante. GERMAN WWII ARMY M.43 CAP.

A huge size Army M.43 cap, stamped size '57', RB numbered and dated '44' but feels more like 58 or 59. Excellent nap to the cloth, it has been folded flat for many years, complete with its one-piece triangular Bevo woven eagle and coloured national cockade, also complete with all of its rayon lining, which hs seen some service wear but is not damaged or abused in any way.  read more

GERMAN WWI M.17 CAMOUFLAGE TRENCH HELMET.

A very nice example of a camouflage trench helmet, the maker coding is too lightly stamped to read but the size is clear at '64'. The exterior is a nice example of a three colour camouflage pattern with good bright ochre green and plum with some abrasions as can be seen. A very good example of the HJ and DJ winter cap. Standard black material, some minor staining around the rear of the crown and the lower edge, complete with its standard buckled centre side curtains. GERMAN WWII RAILWAY OFFICIAL'S VISOR CAP.

A most superb quality very large size, probably 57 or 58 railway official's visor cap. The dark blue upper body is complete with all its nap, no moth damage, complete with its black velvet centre band, all red waffenfarbe. Totally matching gilt between the political eagle, the large winged wheel railway cockade and the gold cap cords. Some minor shredding to the thread of the runner to one side...  read more

GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE BUCKLE WITH LEATHER TAB

A very good condition anodised gold aluminium buckle, maker marked 'R S & S' on the reverse side. Good gold anodising overall with minor scratches, slight thinness to the breast of the eagle. Complete with its leather tab, with some of the stitching rotted, which is maker marked and dated '1938', it also has the Kriegsmarine acceptance eagle and swastika over 'M'.  read more

GERMAN WWI BADEN INFANTRY NCO'S PICKELHAUBE.

A very nice and scarce regimentally marked all leather pickelhaube for a Baden Infantry NCO. The helmet is marked size '55' with the original owner's name hand inscribed below the size stamping within the crown.
