JAPANESE WWII FULL COLONEL’S TUNIC, TROUSERS, CAP AND AWARDS.

A beautiful quality Army Colonel’s tunic, no moth damage. Superbly embroidered Colonels collar patches with multi layered twisted bullion cord shoulder boards. A medal ribbon bar containing six medals. The quality of the tailoring is magnificent, multi stitched olive drab satin/cotton lining to the interior. Accompanying the uniform is a Japanese officers cap of Melton material, no moth damage. A label with four Japanese kanji characters to the inner crown. Excellent shape. Full sweatband present. Chinstrap with chrysanthemum side buttons. Single Army star to the red centre band. A box is present for the laying in of the shoulder boards when not needed. A photograph of a Japanese Army Colonel. A small wooden box for the double medal ribbon bar when not being worn. All six of the matching awards in their original boxes accompany the uniform, which are all contained in a Japanese kanji inscribed case.
