GERMAN WWI REGIMENTALLY MARKED FELDMUTZE.

A very nice field grey feldmutze, stamped size ‘57’. No moth damage anywhere on the cap. Good nap to the cloth. Paint mainly missing from the national and Prussian cockades. Red centre band, red piping to the crown. Profusely stamped to the interior ‘B.A.II 1915’ within a block, ’23.I.R.’ followed by the 2nd Company. Some obvious wear use to the inner lower areas of the cap but generally very nice and clean.
