The bayonet for the Mauser rifle known as the 98/05 with its saw back blade, the blade produced by Simson and Company of Suhl in superb condition, very minor sharpening marks, saw teeth excellent, wood grips undamaged, profuse acceptance stamps including date of 15 on the flat back section of blade, the rifle retaining button system intact and working correctly, in its original steel scabbard which is undamaged and has lost its blued finish, Imperial acceptance stamped to the upper pommel of the bayonet. The sale of Knives, other Edged Weapons and Firearms are restricted to those aged over 18.
