A very nice clean example of the double bladder style of life vest used by the Luftwaffe generally in single seater aircraft, known in German as the Schwimvest, this example in exceptionally good condition no damage to any of the rubberised material, some storage age staining to the bladders, complete with its correct oxygen bottle, Bakelite bottle cap, manual inflator tube, and all of its correct webbing attachment straps, the technical details of the vest stamped to the inner rear section, ideal for completing a Luftwaffe fighter pilot mannequin.
