GERMAN WWII MODEL 33 SS MANS DAGGER.

Excellent blade by Boker. A good degree of the original cross grain finish remaining with some minor scratches to the blade and markings from the scabbard inner brass blade retaining bands. The blade is full length and with original profile. The upper and lower grip fittings are of the heavy nickel variety with the lower cross guard having the Roman numeral number ‘I’ stamped on the reverse side. The grip has had a small repair to the lower right hand side, there are other various minor indentations. The enamel to the SS inset is totally undamaged with a high quality national eagle. All fitted into its correct scabbard with heavy nickel fittings. A good degree of the original blueing is still remaining with slight rust bleed coming through from the steel below. Minor indentations to the ball of the lower scabbard mount, all four screws for the two mounts are present.
