GERMAN WWII SA OVERSEAS CAP.

Nice condition, approximately size 55 or 56, constructed in the standard colour of the SA uniforms. One single air vent, one moth nip behind the side curtain, fitted with a gold political button at the front with the M.29 eagle laid onto a lozenge of brown backing cloth indicating it was for a member of either Niedersachsen, Mittelrhein or Westmark. To the interior of the cap the large SA RZM issue label is still present, also stamped ‘SA Standarte 232’ with what appears to be the word ‘Osthorn’. A safety pin has been placed through the upper envelope, which was quite a fashionable thing to do with overseas caps at the period, the original safety pin is still present.
