A super barn find mark one star British Brodie helmet as worn by the Scots Guards. Fitted with its Vero 1939 fibre and padded liner system, with its elasticated webbing chinstrap, some wear to the lower part of the liner itself, still fitted with half of its net camouflage cover, either side of the shell is insignia of the Scots Guards. The Mark one star helmets were reissued World War I British shells and were generally worn by the regular army just before WWII and the pre war Territorials.
