AUSTRALIAN WWI ENLISTED MAN GREATCOAT.

A very scarce item of Australian uniform of World War I being the enlisted man greatcoat. This item totally moth free, in the classic World War I colour of khaki cloth worn by the Australians. The closure flap behind the collar is missing, evidence of metal shoulder titles being worn to the shoulder boards, two of the five general service closure buttons missing. With an unfinished regimental number and name tag still fitted to the upper inner rear of the coat, with its adjustable rear belt, indistinct markings to one of the inner pocket bags, also indistinct markings to the interior sleeve lining.
