GERMAN WWII M38 LUFTWAFFE PARATROOPER HELMET

A nice condition Luftwaffe paratrooper helmet, shell is stamped CKL with the numbers to faintly stamped to read, the shell and liner size ink stamped marking on the liner are also too faint to read but on test we believe the head size to be 56. The exterior shell retaining most of its original paint finish, fitted with the early three hole spanner bolts with a slightly damaged Luftwaffe eagle and swastika which can be viewed on our web images. The internal liner system is all complete, natural wear to the leather liner system with creasing and faintnesss to the ink numbers of the sizeing system, the central stitching good and firm, no damage to the leather between the ventilation holes, all the rubber crash pad to the interior complete and undamaged. The blue grey leather chinstrap system all complete, with one male stud missing to the male-female pop stud system on the slider.
